Polycanvas is simply a polyester fabric designed to mimic the look and feel of canvas. It is more water-resistant than canvas and easier to keep clean. Its colours tend to fade less readily. Polycanvas is not to be confused with PU canvas, which is a cotton canvas with a polyurethane coating.
